6. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products with a 15-day return window from delivery date. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Luggage showing signs of wear or use
• Items missing original packaging
• Customized luggage sets
• Products marked as final sale

2. We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA number within 2 business days
3. Repack item securely in original packaging with all accessories
4. Ship using a trackable method (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
