Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium luggage collections, from our rugged Hardside Checked Luggage to our versatile Spinner Checked Luggage. However, if your travel companion doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures a resolution worthy of our global clientele.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Luggage showing signs of wear or use
- Items missing original packaging
- Customized luggage sets
- Products marked as final sale
Simple Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Securely: Repack your item in the original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Options
Self-Arranged Return: Use any carrier of your choice (tracking recommended).
Prepaid Label (US only): For $12.95, we can email you a prepaid return label via DHL or FedEx.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive and inspect your return
